Stevie’s husband Jake contributes as a project manager, and Rachel—Tate’s daughter—also helps coordinate permits and invoices. Connie, the family’s proud matriarch, supports customer service with outreach and follow-ups. Longtime friends LJ and Larry, who are considered part of the family, also serve as experienced project managers. Shelby, Matthew’s wife, supports marketing and sales efforts.
