Go Central Florida
Privacy notice
Go Central Florida is published by Clarity Labs Media LLC.
Newsletter signup
Our signup link opens the Go Central Florida form hosted by MailerLite. Information you submit there is handled through that newsletter service. You can unsubscribe using the link in its emails.
Messages to the publisher
Contact, advertising and community submission forms ask for the details needed to respond, such as your name, email, telephone number and message. Submissions are stored privately in our WordPress site for the publisher to review, and an email notification may be sent to the publisher. Submitting an inquiry does not publish your information or subscribe you to the newsletter.
Saved items and external websites
Your shortlist, checklist, favorite community, interests and school are stored in your browser on your device. No account is required. The phone shortcut does not store copies of private pages. Calendar exports do not automatically receive later event changes. Business websites, directions links and our newsletter provider have their own privacy practices. WordPress also uses cookies for signed-in accounts.
Understanding site use
On the WordPress site, we count visits, returning visits, saved plans, calendar downloads, sharing actions, newsletter-link clicks and received inquiries. These aggregate counters do not store a visitor identifier, preference values or message contents. A last-visit time stays in your browser to recognize returning sessions. Signed-in staff visits are excluded. Our aggregate counters honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control for browser activity measurement. Newsletter subscription totals are managed by MailerLite.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics, when enabled through Google Site Kit, helps us understand which pages and promotions bring readers to Go Central Florida. It may use cookies and process device, browser, page-use and referral information under the site’s consent settings. Our custom action tracking reports actions such as opening the advertising form, saving a plan or successfully submitting an inquiry. It does not send your name, email address, telephone number, message text or search text. Signed-in staff are excluded from our Site Kit tracking. You can learn more about how Google uses information at Google’s partner-site privacy information.
Maps
Choosing Map view loads Google Maps, which uses its own privacy practices. You can use the event address without opening the map.
